Room description
I’m looking for one female roommate to join me in this beautiful new high rise condo starting July 1st. Ideally around 19-26, with a similar lifestyle and outlook.
The condo is modern, never lived in, and filled with natural light, featuring floor to ceiling windows, an open concept layout, a beautiful kitchen with quartz countertops and a large island, stainless steel appliances, and a private balcony with an amazing view. The bedrooms are separated by the main living area, giving both of us extra privacy.
You’ll have your own bedroom with a large closet and your own bathroom just outside your room. It’s technically the main bathroom, so guests may use it occasionally, but it would primarily be yours.
The building also offers great amenities, including a fitness studio, co-working space, concierge service, lounge and party room, bike storage, and secure underground parking. Internet is included. One underground parking space is allocated with the unit and is already spoken for, additional parking may be available through the building for an extra cost if needed.
I’m hoping to find someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, easygoing, and genuinely kind. I really value mutual respect, consideration, and keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. I’d love to live with someone who enjoys a cozy, positive home, communicates openly, and is looking for more than just a place to live—someone who would enjoy sharing a home and naturally becoming good friends over time.
No pets for now. A background check and roommate agreement will be part of the process to make sure we’re the right fit for each other.
