.close to bike trails, walking trails and close to all major transportation. Seeking a professional working tenant. your rent includes aceess to entire house, washer and dryer, work office located in quiet space, hydro, electricity, unlimited WiFi, Google tv , patio dining outside in summer and bbq with splash pool..please note i have small dogs on site. If you dont like animals, then please reconsider.
