Located in a quiet, well-maintained home in a respectable neighbourhood. Shared access to kitchen, dining room, living room, rec room, and laundry facilities. You’ll be sharing the home with two respectful and focused professionals.
Price is all-inclusive except parking, which is extra (condo lot).
House is shared with 2 males, in late 20s, early 40s respectively. We’re quiet, reserved, looking for someone to fit the vibe. We’re big on privacy and respecting boundaries. We’re not ‘party people’. We like a calm, quiet home; a refuge from the busy world outside.
