Room description
I have 2 bedrooms in the basement for rent. Bathroom and kitchen to be shared with another person in the basement as well. House is located near the intersection of Quebec st and Mornington ave, about 10 minutes on bus #20 to Fanshawe college main campus, 20 minutes to downtown campus, 30 minutes on bus to Western. 10 minutes walk to Superstore. Wifi and utilities included.
The smaller bedroom is $570 while the bigger bedroom is $600.
In July, I will have 2 bedrooms on the main floor for rent. One room is $650 and another one is $670. The persons on the main floor has their kitchen and bathroom upstairs
