Description
Essentially right now I am looking for a single room in the Durham Region of Ontario. Am a single student, with no pets, but like animals so am open to sharing a place with animals. I don't smoke/drink, or have any bad habits...and I am looking for a similar owner/roommates to rent a room with/from, for March 1st.
I don't own a car, so don't need a parking spot, but it would be nice to find a place with utilities, and wi-fi included.
I am open to sharing a house with like minded individuals, and hope to stay on a more permanent basis, with a lease that's at least 1 year.
