I’m a grad student finishing her PhD (hence the 8-month sublet). I really love the location of this place – it’s close to uptown Waterloo, and it’s a nice neighborhood for light runs. There’s also a porch area if you’d like to do some light gardening (I also have some gardening supplies if you’d like to use them). I prefer to keep to myself since I really have to focus on my studies for the upcoming year, but I will keep common areas clean.
