The rooms are spacious and you may bring your own furniture or use the provided. The house is very spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom is shared with roommates. If two people occupy a room, an additional rent applies. During the winter months, a $50 monthly charge is applied for electricity. The neighbourhood is very quiet, and the bus stop is across the road, closer to schools and family-friendly. Families and working professionals are welcome. A reference is required.
