The residence is located in walking distance to: Moncton Hospital, NBCC, George Dumont, UdeM, Codiac Transpo Bus Stop, Groceries, Plaza & Amenities. Easy access is available to the YMCA, Oulton College, and Crandall University via Codiac Transpo.

Heat, Lights, Water, WiFi, Washer & Dryer (free), lawn care is included; House-Mates are responsible for snow shovelling.

The residence is located in the Moncton Hospital Area, between McSweeney Ave & Churchill St, and is a 1-2 minute walk to the Moncton Hospital & Bus Stop.

Current Availability: 2 XL private rooms available for $850, 1 large private room $759, 2 dormitory rooms $625.

In the event of a couple wishing to occupy an XL room it is $1200.

TO OBTAIN ADMISSION THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED:

A Home-Share House-Mate Application, as well as, proof of: Income, Employment, Post Secondary Admission, Work/Study Permit , References, First and Last Month Rent (Security Deposit) are required to obtain admission pre-approval prior to viewing.

Only serious applicants need apply. Viewing will not be scheduled prior to admission pre-approval.

A one time Move-in/out Cleaning Fee of $100 is required and payable with first month’s rent & security deposit.
