Room description
We are in SE Calgary, close to Fish Creek park with bike & walking paths along the Bow River. Located on a quiet residential street with driveway & on street parking, short ride to shopping, banks, grocery stores, Tim Hortons, McDonalds, restaurants with bike storage available in garage.
Your bedroom is on the second floor & you have use of office space in the finished basement. The room is furnished with a Queen bed, dresser, bookcase, night table, lamps, large double closet (it could be unfurnished if you have your own) Laundry is available in a separate basement room.
Although the kitchen is shared you would have your own fridge
Workout equipment is available on 2 floors.
Our life is not scheduled so if yours is, we can work around it for things like cooking & laundry. We don’t eat out a lot, we golf, ride bikes, read, watch tv and travel. We would be away a lot in winter & have hired a snow removal service. We offer storage for small sports equipment like golf bags, bikes or skis (no canoes, motorcycles or extra tires.
We do not have pets and ask that you have no pets or overnight visitors.
