The building has a gym, nice views , walk in closet, in unit washing machine
I live alone so you will be sharing with me but you have loads of privacy as bathroom isnt shared . I am female , moved in newly to the city do not have too many friends visiting .
Serious applicants only please , both male amd female but single applicants no couples or pairs
Move in date April 25 th 2024 or May 1st
Parking can be made available at extra cost
No pets please , I do not have any too
