Hi I'm interested in renting a single room. I'm 36 and im a patient and calm guy. I'm clean and organized, and I'm used to sharing space with others and respecting others boundaries. rent will always be paid as I have a fixed income. I recently had to move from my duplex due to a break up of a 6 year relationship.
I don't do drugs or drink, and don't smoke.
Im looking to move in between October 27 - November 1. I am able to view tomorrow in the afternoon.
