We as a landlord, are looking for people who are open to sharing a furnished 2 bedroom duplex.
This furnished all-inclusive duplex is strategically located close to Wayne Gretzky Drive, downtown, the exhibit grounds, Refinery Row, Anthony Henday, Sherwood Park and Fort Saskatchewan.
It is by a FTN (Frequent Transit Route) bus route now and past 2020 with one of the routes linking Capilano to downtown to West Edmonton Mall without transferring. The bus stops are very convenient.
This home has been renovated with laminate and tile floors, doors, screen doors and windows.
The renovated bright kitchen with LED lighting contains dishes, linen, cutlery, revolutionary non-stick cookware and kitchen accessories. The stainless steel dishwasher and small appliances like a blender and a Keurig coffee maker in addition to a traditional drip brewer.
The living room with a large front window and natural stained wood wall has a plush Canadian-made queen sized pullout sofabed and matching love seat, a large 4K Ultra HD TV with satellite HDPVR and fireplace.

The combination of energy saving blackout curtains and new luxurious mattresses offer a great sleep.
The bathroom with towels on an extensive towel rack has a vanity with mirror, a mirrored medicine cabinet, a deep soaker tub/hand shower with tile surround and decorative lighting. Use the 4 spray hand shower, adjustable height shower head/rainshower or both at one time for the ultimate showering and massage experience.
Wireless and wired N internet and HD PVR satellite TV are available. There is no guessing how to use something in a new place - you have access to all available manuals for all equipment.
The new front loading washer and dryer are internal to the unit. The advantage is less wear and tear on clothing, an additional rinse cycle to reduce detergents and additives, vibration control, and wash time that equal dry time so there is no waiting.
Besides the linen and towels, the linen closet has room to store the vacuum cleaner, ironing board, professional steam iron and more.
