Room description
Putting feelers out for a roommate to take my second bedroom early March or later. My sister is moving into another place with her husband, and I cannot afford to leave the room vacant. I have a large downtown/Riverdale apartment with a beautiful view.
Looking at $1000 including all utilities, internet, and underground heated parking. Alternatively I could rent out the parking stall and adjust the rent accordingly. The apartment is fully furnished, so all you’d need to bring is bedroom furniture. Shared bathroom with a jet tub, big kitchen with everything you’ll need, and in-suite laundry.
It’s a somewhat high end condo. Most people are impressed with the layout and size when they come visit for the first time.
A bit about me:
I'm Kessia. I am a female professional, early 30’s, who enjoys a clean environment. I’m fairly active, my time home and out is fairly balanced, and I enjoy hosting from time (respectfully).
I work Monday to Friday office hours, so ideally your schedule would align with or compliment mine.
I have a very friendly and affectionate cat named Spooky. With other pets she’s a bit of a bully and takes a long time to adjust, so this is something to keep in mind. I do have some reservations about more pets in the home, but happy to discuss and feel it out.
