Ideal roommates

Description
I am looking for a large bedroom and preferably my own bathroom... A basement suite would be ideal although i am very open to any options. An area with a bedroom and bathroom and kitchenette/kitchen and living area would be excellent. I am a university student and work part time. I am not looking to spend lots and lots of money as I am in school currently.
I tend to keep to myself and am very busy most of the time with school and work. I am an athletic female, non smoker and no pets.
