This is a ROOM for rent in my home.
Situated in southeast Edmonton just a 15 minute drive from the Edmonton international airport, 5 minutes from the new meadows rec centre with pool, skating, gym, library and beautiful outdoor spaces, and a 5-minute drive to the new Southeast LRT with easy access to downtown. This top floor, corner unit with south facing balcony is in a quiet neighborhood and secure building.
Quiet, comfortable room with queen sized bed, dresser, end table and closet space situated beside your own private 3 piece bathroom featuring shower, toilet and sink. Laundry is free and directly adjacent to your room, and full use of the shared kitchen to make meals. The shared living room has an android box for TV viewing. There is also high speed wi-fi and a huge balcony to enjoy in the summer months with table, chairs and BBQ.
There is parking available on the street. This home does not allow drinking, smoking/vaping, or partying. Sorry, no pets allowed. Landlord works shift work in EMS so this is perfect for someone who enjoys their quiet time and is also a "neat-freak." The building has an elevator so you don't need to worry about hauling groceries up stairs! Bed linens, pillows and towels can be provided.
Rent is $975/month due on the 1st of every month by noon and includes all utilities. Damage deposit $975. Long-term lease preferred but willing to discuss.
