Semi furnished bedroom available on December 01, just bring your own bedsheet, comforter and 2 pillow case. The unit has 4 bedrooms and 1 shared washroom. The monthly rent is $860 including electricity, heat, internet and water.The place is just a minute walk to the bus stops, grocery stores, bank, Halifax common, Hospital , KFC, Mcdonald and some restaurants. No need for contract but must inform 1 month ahead if plans to move out. Must be responsible in keeping the place clean and discarding own garbage. Sorry no pets and smoking allowed. Thank you.
