Room description
I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2 bed 1 bed apartment in Clayton Park starting Nov 1. You’d have your own bedroom. Current roomie is leaving as she purchased a home and I’m looking for someone else to replace her. I’m a female in my late 20s, work full time and online school part time. I’m pretty quiet, easy going, and chill and would like someone similar. Rent would be around $1633 split between us, heat and hot water included. Security deposit would be half of your part of the rent. We’d also split power and internet. Parking spot would be extra $60 per month if you need one. There’s coin operated laundry in the building.
On a bus route and near the Lacewood Terminal, and lots of amenities. Looking for one roommate only, (no couples or sharing), female preferred, around my age, non-smoking. There may be a cat so someone who vibes with a cat would be great. Reach out to me for anymore info!
