Room description
I'm a young professional looking for a roommate, ideally a female but open to a mature male roommate as well.
Located in Lachine, within a 10 minute walk to Concordia's Loyola campus, major highways, and the airport.
I'm looking for someone who is polite, respectful, and clean.
What is included:
- 1 bed with sheets
- Towels
- 1 large closet with storage containers and hangers
- 1 desk and chair with a lamp
- 1 night stand and lamp
- Space in the storage locker on the premise
- Access to all common areas
- Washer and dryer in unit
What is required:
- proof of employment or ongoing education if you are a full time student
- 1 reference letter from a former roommate, landlord, or employer
A roommate agreement will be signed by both parties. Not looking for a short term agreements. 1 year agreements minimum.
Room is available as of December 1st, open to later move in dates should it be needed.
Cost includes rent, wifi, and hydro.
This is a no pet and smoke free environment.
