Je recherche une (prefere) coloc. serieuse, non-fumeur, pas d'animaux pour partager un fabuleux Grand 4 1/2 au coeur du Centreville de Montreal. (Meuble) A VOIR!!! Au dernier etage en haut (6 ieme), plancher bois franc, frigo, poele, chauffage, hydro, eau chaude, cable, internet, buandrie, grand balcon avant 12 x 4. Propre, calme, pres de tout (shopping, YMCA, cinema, Mont Royal, Canal Lachine (as-tu un velo?... moi si), Marche Atwater, entre les universites Concordia, McGill, UQAM, ETS, UdeM & HEC, entre les hopitaux General et Royal Victoria et tout pres du Metro PEEL).... mais loin du bruit. Pas de party! Endroit parfait pour etudier et/ou relaxer! C'est un endroit charmant, chaleureux et invitant! Les voisins sont tres respectueux et calmes.
