Room description

I am taking a rented apartment from an apartment building within walking distance from McGill University. I do NOT own the apartment and I am not the landlord. I am looking for a suitable roommate who would share the ROOM with me (same room, same bathroom, different beds) and pay about CAD 550 per month (total rent of the unit is around CAD 1000+). There are NO separate bedrooms for the two people, only separate beds. Must be male and identify as a male. The apartment has a SHARED kitchen, in-unit study tables (2), shared study room in the same floor, another shared study room in the basement, and gym. Bathroom (including shower) comes with the room and will only be shared by me and the roommate in question. Rent (~CAD 1100) will be split in half (CAD 550 from both of us). Laundry is available in the basement. Utilities included.
