we’re looking for 1 roommate (female) for a 4 1/2 apartment in the Nouveau-Rosemont neighborhood, available from February 3rd to August 18th, for a rent of $844/month all-inclusive. The landlords also cover a small portion of household items like laundry detergent, coffee, etc. The apartment is located 5 minutes from the bus stop and a 10-minute walk from Line 1 (green line).
