Hello,
I am offering a furnished room in a shared flat with unlimited internet, air conditioning, heating and storage space, preferably to a female student, for £600 per month. No smoking. Balcony (which we also want to keep the use of) with a view of Saint Joseph's Oratory (not always smoky). Bus lines 51 and 166 pass by. There is a 14-year-old blind dog in the apartment. Possibility of receiving surplus food on a regular basis and using fitness equipment (bike and elliptical trainer). Washing machine on site.
No criminal record accepted (will be verified). . Viewings to be scheduled in advance for mid-August occupancy (first month at half price).
