Room description
Room for rent $650 a month (includes hydro and internet) in a 3 bedroom house available for a female who is a student (students seeking residence to complete a placement are welcome as well), worker or both.
Rent arrangement can be month to month or yearly depending on agreement between myself and the tenant.
Close to amenities such as grocery and corner stores, malls, a hospital and medical clinics.
Viewings of the room and house begin immediately, and ideally looking for a tenant between October 1st and November 1st but an arrangement for sooner may be possible.
**Rent must be paid on the 1st of each month.
**Only seeking a female tenant at this time.
**Room is furnished with basic needs being met.
**No pets or visitors as it is a family home.
**Parking is unavailable as it is being used.
