I am looking for a female student or young professional to takeover my lease (until May) with the opportunity to resign for the next year at 2409 Cheshire Road in Nepean. Move in as soon as possible.
This home is currently occupied by two other female students in their final year of nursing. Both are clean, professional, academically oriented and easy going individuals.The main floor or 'unit' is occupied by the students while the landlord occupies the basement so it is very safe, and the landlord is very approachable and easy to get in contact with.
This gorgeous house is located close to Algonquin College and bus stations. It is only a ~30 minute walk to the school and college square. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood with lovely neighbours.
This house has a big, bright kitchen, shared bathroom with a large shower, laundry in unit, hardwood floors, a spacious living room and dining table and chairs. Parking space is available!
The total rent is $2600 + utilities all divided by three. So an individual portion is ~ $866 + utilities which is roughly $45-50 once split three ways.
