The room is spacious with good natural light and closet space. It’s currently furnished with a twin bed, desk, drawer chest and a nightstand; however, if you bring your own bed and/or furnitures that’s not an issue. Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living area. The apartment is conveniently located close to public transit, grocery stores, and other everyday amenities. Easy access to downtown and major bus routes. Few steps away from Algonquin College and 5 mins bus ride to Carleton University.
All utilities included, high-speed internet available, underground parking spot and laundry in the building (basement).

We are a young professional couple, and there is also another quiet male living in the unit. There are two friendly cats, too.
