Seeking quiet, clean, and responsible female to join a friendly, pet-loving household. We have two distinct spaces available in a shared home environment.
Available Spaces
1) Upstairs Bedroom ($700/month): A bright and cozy room on the main level.
(Rooms are unfurnished, must bring own furniture. We have a spare bed. If needed, can be discussed.)
You will have shared access to the main living areas of the house, including:
• Fully Equipped Kitchen
• Comfortable Living Room
• Bathroom & Laundry Room (Note: Laundry is located in the basement; Sunday is the designated shared laundry day).
• Pet Friendly: I currently have cats! If you have a furry friend, I’m open to discussing it to ensure everyone (humans and pets) gets along.
• Environment: This is a calm, quiet home—perfect for focused studying and relaxation.
• Move-in Date: Available May 1st, with the possibility of an earlier move-in if needed.
• Parking: Street parking in front of house.
