International House (or "House of Colors") is an international residency aimed at welcoming you when you on your first days, weeks or months of arrival. The International House has a zero tolerance for smoking and it has up to 7 rooms in the winter and 8 in the summer, 3 of which are reserved for travelers staying for a short term,less than 28 days. Each room represents a known city on a continent, with an appropriate decoration , in order to experience the feelings and colors and the cultural environment that the room symbolizes. Each room has a double bed and one or more sofa beds to easily accommodate single or group travelers. Many rooms are equipped with a mini fridge and others with air conditioning. Bed sheets and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and completely open to all occupants. It is the central place and serves as a place of meeting and conversation. It contains a TV, a computer and a telephone accessible to all, and even a mini library and some social/interactive games. There are two bathrooms fully equipped for all guests. The residency has a conference hall in the yard for multiple usages: party room, studying room, meeting room, conference room, dinning room, resting room, reception, dances etc. The garden at the backyard is open to all occupants and also serves as a place of meeting, relaxation, relaxation and even an open air cinema or a dance floor area. In this residency, we will provide you with assistance through your stay.
