Room description

Looking for two roommates to share a 3 bedroom house in Glenmore. The house is in an ideal location being 10 minutes from most things in town like UBCO, Downtown Kelowna, and City Centre(Walmart, Costco and Orchard Park) The bedrooms are unfurnished and on the second floor. The main bathroom beside the bedrooms will be shared between the two roommates. The rest of the house Kitchen, Living room, Dining room and Family room(planning on turning into a gym like space) is a shared space.

Rent is $1200 utilities included. Available move in date is Dec 14 2024 - Month to Month contract.

I am a young adult currently working full time and going to school. Looking for responsible and friendly roommates.
