Room description

I own a large 3BR/2BA condo unit close to the Eaton centre. My wish is to rent one bedroom to the right person (you will have your own bedroom/ bathroom and a shared kitchen/ living area). I am open to two rooms being let to two roomies, so there are three of us there. All bedrooms are large.

I will be away most weekends. I am laid back, easy going, and want the same in any tenants.
