Hi! I’m a 26-year-old from Spain, currently living and working in Toronto. I work in retail downtown and I’m looking for a private room from November 1st.
I’m clean, respectful, responsible and easygoing. I’m quite independent and have a regular work routine, but I also enjoy socializing, exploring Toronto, trying new cafés and restaurants, and having a nice chat with roommates. I really value a peaceful, clean and comfortable home.
I’m looking for a furnished private room, ideally with utilities and Wi-Fi included, with a budget of around $750–$950/month. I’m hoping to stay until around May 2027 and would prefer a place with good TTC access to downtown.
I’m happy to share more about myself and arrange a viewing. I’m open to both shared houses and apartments, and I’m flexible regarding the area as long as the commute to downtown is reasonab
