Our home provides a quiet, calm, and consistently clean environment, filled with natural light, and the added benefit of no direct neighbours.
Prime Toronto Location & Local Perks:
You'll appreciate our excellent Toronto location, conveniently close to TTC bus stops, a variety of local stores, pizza, coffee and yerbe matte shops, laundry mat and the local library. For outdoor enthusiasts, the beautiful HUMBER RIVER Recreational Trails are nearby for walks, jogs, or cycling. As highlighted, the WESTON GO TRAIN STATION is easily accessible, providing that quick 20-minute commute to Toronto Pearson Airport or Union Station (downtown Toronto).
Shared Living & Practicalities:
• Common Space: You're welcome to share common living areas. Casual meals together are an option if mutually desired.
• Monthly Rent: The rent is $850.00 CAD all in per month. This covers normal residential usage of the home and is intended for someone whose primary work is not conducted from the premises.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit will be required
