I am a calm, respectful professional living alone and looking for one additional roommate; a female is preferred. I am seeking a similarly responsible and considerate individual, ideally a professional between the ages of 25 and 50 who values a peaceful home environment and respects neighbors. This is a quiet household; parties are not permitted, as we utilize the building's dedicated amenities for entertaining.
