Available: April 1st, 2026
Price: $1,195/month. Includes utilities (electricity, heat, water). AC is an extra $12/month each during the summer months. The Internet is divided between all roommates.

Location: Dundas and Lisgar
RENTAL TERMS: Off-lease roommate. Rent will be paid to one of the roommates. There will be a written roommate agreement. This is not covered by the RTA.

About us: We’re three young professionals working in graphic design, art direction, and A&R. We’re all easy-going folks and like to keep a cozy, tidy home. Our lifestyles all include a mix of being out and about and chilling at home, having get togethers so it’s a nice balance of doing our own thing and hanging out! We all work 9–5 and do a mix of working from home and at the office.
About the room: The available room is on the first floor. It has two large windows with industrial features to it and is short stroll upstairs to the kitchen and living room.
About the apartment: The apartment has a large, open living space (furnished) and kitchen area. It has high ceilings, some cool industrial features, and an overall warm atmosphere. It’s a bit tucked away from the main drag and has thick walls and quiet neighbours, so even though we’re a hop and a skip from Dundas, noise has never been an issue. The deck is also super nice for hanging out once things warm up a bit. There are no parking spots, but street parking is an option, and there’s no smoking inside the apartment.
Looking for: Looking for a single occupant (no couples or pets), hopefully for a long term.
