-Nice, bright bedroom second floor, with high speed wireless internet, fully furnished, AC and heat (in every room), cable (in every room) .

-Big, clean, and cozy house, with fully functional kitchen.

-Big LED TV in living room (cable). Friendly, quiet atmosphere, backyard, gazebo, BBQ...

-Walk-out basement to backyard (the room for rent is not in the basement, but on second floor), laundry, storage, two fridges, printer, and second living room (leisure room) with LCD TV.

-Underground parking available (NOT included, and to be arranged ahead).

-Roommates - working professionals or students. I am a math/science teacher.

-Easy access to downtown, subway (buses 95, 91, to subway, and express bus 144 to downtown), public library, shopping, highway.

-Very nice and safe neighborhood (complex of townhouses surrounded by a park, and outside pool in the summer).
