Room description

Well maintained & renovated/furnished and clean townhouses are equipped with high efficient & new furnace, central air conditioning and 60 gallon water tank, and provided with new laundry facilities (washer and dryer), fridge, stove, microwave. Safety equipment, i.e. fire extinguisher, fire alarm, CO detector, and even first aid kit are available. They are regularly inspected & maintained by professionals for tenants’ safety. Roger's ultra high speed Internet (500 - 1000 MB/Sec) with unlimited usage is provided. Rogers Cable TV (about 300 channels) can be included for a slightly higher rate. There is a back/front yard paved with patio-stone that can be used for outdoor activities, i.e. barbecue, planting flowers/vegetables, etc. All rooms and private suites have been provided with furniture or without.
