Looking for housing for the September school year?
Hi, my name is Charlotte and I, along with my roommate Sarah, are looking for 2 people to share a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with us. It’s spacious, and fully furnished, with its own living room and kitchen, and has free laundry in the building. The apartment is located in Marpole, 2 bus rides away from UBC (#10 bus and R4), and is a 10-15 minute walk away from Safeway, thrift shops, cafes, and restaurants!
The rent per month is $1150 for the large bedroom and $870 for the den bedroom, including all utilities, and the lease lasts a year! If you are a clean, respectful, and communicative person, preferably around 18-22 years old, please email me for more information and to discuss potentially occupying a room.

Sarah - studying bachelor of arts, and still deciding her major, at UBC. Night owl, quiet but friendly, keeps to herself but enjoys Sanrio and going out to eat!
