Looking for a furnished studio or 1-bedroom in Vancouver from September through January 31, 2027, with a decent bus link to UBC. Budget around $1,900 to $2,100, ideally with utilities included.
I am 34, a full-time MBA student at UBC Sauder, and I worked in marketing and advertising for about ten years before returning to school. Quiet, tidy, non-smoker, no pets. Proof of enrolment, rental history, and a reference from my current building manager all available.
I know a five-month term is not what most landlords want, so happy to talk about what would make it work.
