Hi,
My name is Alfonso, I'm a professional from Colombia coming to Vancouver to take an English course at CEL, located in Coal Harbour.
I'm looking for a private room in a shared apartment from August 9 to September 20, 2026 (6 weeks). Ideally close to Coal Harbour, West End, or Yaletown, so I can walk to school and to the Seawall (I run every day as part of my training).
A few things that matter to me:
- Stable internet, minimum 25-50 Mbps (I work remotely in the afternoons)
- Private room (happy to share the apartment, just need my own room)
- Available for a video call before confirming
