The bedroom is located in a historic building in Strathcona, an attractive neighbourhood close to downtown and walking distance to ocean seawalls for walking, running or biking safely.

Our street is a pretty and the name of our neighbour hood is Strathcona . We live on an active cycling route used by many locals to commute to and from work downtown.

This is a quiet location and is walking distance to a number of fantastic restaurants,farmers market coffee places, cinemas, historic Gastown, Chinatown, BC Place and GM Place and a 5 minute cab ride from the train and bus station and cruise ships.

Strathcona is a warm and friendly community and our house is located one block from several great delis, grocers and cafes, and an amazing cheese shop and wine bar is several blocks away. There are plenty of restaurants, some new fusion establishments and other more economical places located in Chinatown and nearby Commercial Drive. . We have in the neigbouhood many gardens and parks, easy public transit right around the corner, and plenty of free on-street parking. Skytrain, our local subway station, is a 10 minute walk away. Consider this your home away from home whether you're here on business or for studying, in our beautiful city!

You are welcome to enjoy our beautiful 500 square feet terrace for having meals there or only to relax.
