Room description

A downtown Vancouver furnished room is available on Nov 1 or Nov 15 (the Room is actually available immediately if you want to move in earlier). For short-term (minimum stay until Jan 31st) or medium/long-term rental. The building is directly beside the Yaletown Roundhouse Skytrain station.

ROOM

Spacious private bedroom (136 sq ft - 14.6 ft x 9.3 ft), your own 55-inch HDTV (Amazon Fire TV Stick for smart TV streaming apps), private bathroom, and private closet. The bed pictured is a double-size bunk bed (top bunk is good for more storage or if you have a friend visit), but we can swap that with a queen-size bed (some assembly required). Both beds have drawers for more storage. Additional storage is available in the living area and in the storage locker, if needed.

- No move-in/out elevator fee as long as you have no furniture

- $800 damage deposit on move-in, returned on move-out

- $80 cleaning fee when moving out to hire a pro cleaning, unless you want to do your own really thorough cleaning!

LOCATION

Great Location, Super Convenient:

Right beside Yaletown Skytrain Station, bus stops, bike share, Evo car share, community center, and grocery store nearby. Seawall, Parks, Costco, BC Place, Rogers Arena, Vancouver Public Library, and Parq Casino are all a short 5-minute walk. Easy for transit, biking, or walking. Lots of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and entertainment are nearby in Yaletown.

RULES

- No smoking

- No drugs

- Take turns sharing chores with no strict schedule

- Living downtown is supposed to be fun, so sometimes having friends over is ok, just no big parties unless agreed.

- Minimum 1 month notice required by either party to terminate the rental agreement.
