Hii my name is Devon and I am a 36 year old female. I need to find a place as my lease is up soon and I am not renewing it because they are trying to up the rent 78%.
Anyways I can keep to myself mostly I have a cat named Frank she is 21 and she is the sweetest thing ever, so if we become friends I can definitely share her affection. I like a clean place and I have always been the one going out of my way to clean so that is a bonus. I have financial help currently on top of my budget so money won't be an issue. I have good credit, good rental history and because I am on a fixed budget my long friend is going to be a guarantor and help with damage deposit or w.e
Ideal roommate for me is someone who commicates and respects others and is laid back and understanding. I have certain standards with cleaning. Pretty much just be honest and straight forward. I also like to cook and bake so I don't mind sharing or w.e
