We’re located in the quiet neighbourhood of Signal Hill and are looking for an additional roommate on a long-term basis to fill the master bedroom to move in for September 1st

The room: • Unfurnished master bedroom on the second floor, huge en-suite bathroom with fully functional jacuzzi spa that will comfortably fit 2 adults • King-sized wardrobe complete with ceiling to floor mirrors • West facing • Hard wood floors

The house: • 2-storey fully furnished house with 3 bedrooms + study/storage room, 2 bathrooms + separate downstairs toilet • Spacious backyard with fire chiminea, outdoor patio, 2 car garage, ample outdoor parking • Semi-furnished basement (one of us lives down there) • Fully equipped gym with squat rack, bench, weights and lifting platform • Deluxe kitchen fully stocked with appliances and cookware • Wooden heated floors throughout • 2 comfortable living areas • Plenty of storage space

The house is in close proximity to transit and parks. Signal Hill shopping complex (Superstore, Winners, Lowes, bottle depot) is a 5min drive/15min walk away and Richmond Square (Canadian Tire, Goodlife Fitness, medical clinic, Starbucks etc.) is a 5min drive/25min walk away.

Who you are: A female to balance out the house dynamics. You must be clean, tidy, respectful and be able to pay rent on time. We will consider pets if they’re house trained.

$800 p/month + 1 month’s rent damage deposit • Includes all utilities (water, heat, electricity, high-speed internet) • Contracted services for landscaping and snow removal
