Room description
Rent at a reduced rate in a comfortable quiet home. House is kept tidy already. Interested in tenant willing to supplement the regular ($700/month+deposit) rate in exchange a cheaper rate upon completion of a regular cleaning schedule. Willing to reduce significantly depending on skills & quality of cleaning. Example regular domestic related duties; dusting & vacuuming common rooms, widow clean every few months, maintain kitchen, garbage/recycling etc. If you are a mature adult & have had your own place before this will be easy upkeep. This living situation affords access to use of kitchen/fridge(shared fridge), personal shelving, dishwasher, pantry, bathrooms, laundry washer/dryer, and of course common rooms available. Room is pre-furnished with bed, dresser & plenty of closet space.
