Room description
small room available in a beautiful condo on the river valley near the university, LRT, walking trails, downtown and whyte avenue. A University student or university professional is preferred. I travel a lot so the place is often only occupied by you and the wonderful other roommate. We keep a tidy, quiet home and are respectful of neighbours and other roommates.
