I live a busy, creative, city-loving lifestyle. I enjoy music events, exploring Montréal, and hosting friends for dinner, while also valuing calm, respect, and downtime. The home is sociable, welcoming, and LGBTQ-friendly.
The apartment is located in the heart of Plateau Mont-Royal, a beautiful, vibrant, and walkable neighborhood close to cafés, parks, shops, and transit.
The room is private and available starting March 1st. It can be rented as a furnished sublet or as an unfurnished long-term rental. Both short-term and long-term arrangements are possible, depending on fit.
Rent is $750 per month, all inclusive (heat, electricity, and internet).
I’m looking for a like-minded, respectful person who is clean, communicative, and comfortable in a shared space.

J’ai un mode de vie actif, créatif et très urbain. J’aime sortir, aller à des événements musicaux, profiter de la ville et recevoir des ami·e·s pour des soupers, tout en accordant beaucoup d’importance au calme, au respect et aux moments de tranquillité. L’appartement est sociable, accueillant et LGBTQ-friendly.
L’appartement est situé au cœur du Plateau Mont-Royal, un quartier agréable, vivant et très accessible à pied, près des cafés, parcs, commerces et transports en commun.
La chambre est privée et disponible à partir du 1er mars. Elle peut être louée en sous-location meublée ou en location à long terme non meublée. Une location à court ou à long terme est possible, selon le bon fit.
Le loyer est de 750 $ par mois, tout inclus (chauffage, électricité et internet).
