Room for rent $650 unfurnished opened space
I'm looking for full time workers only that go out during the day
that have a regular full time job that does not need parking
theres no parking i use uber and the bus im looking fo people that do the same
the room is unfurnished in an open space theres no bedroom door but theres a large curtain to give you privacy and a makeshift wall and cameras in the puplic spaces for safety for all of us but not in the private areas like washroom and your bedroom theres no cameras in those spaces.theres only cammeras in the kitchen and halway public spaces for safety reasons
you can easily get a new mattress on amazon for $100-$200 or bring your own
you can get good quality tv tables and furnitures at value village
youll need a portable closet because i have no closet space
youll need your own fridge because i have no fridge space
i dont mind helping you bring your stuff upstairs if you need help with this.
bring your own computer and TV i dont supply these but i do supply internet its included in the rent.

im on odsp therefore There's no lease signing here I just rent a room in my apartment straight simple digital or physical cash i ask for identification for security purpose i take a picture and leave it in my logs. Everything is included in the price as long as your ok with that were good to go.
i dont speak with anyone in my building or any neighbours ignore anyone that is not me that speaks to you if anyone ask your just a friend and keep walking as long as you do that were fine but if you can avoid even talking with anyone thats a plus.
For my beliefs I follow any knowledge pertaining to compassion love spirituality growth of consciousness inside and outside the mainstream of knowledge of everything
I don't follow religions I follow spirituality but i still respect people regardles of groups they follow as long as the beliefs in the groups pertain to love and compassion
