ACCESS: Apartment is above a store so it is about 16 steps to get to the apartment. Smoking is okay as long as it’s not indoors; we have a patio in the back or smoking is allowed infront of the apartment. I am a queer cis female BIPOC and will be relocating for work for about 1 year occupancy will be for the entire apartment. I am looking for subletter/subletters to sign on to an agreement for the 3 rooms. I am looking for people that will pay rent on time are tidy and responsible. I am the leaseholder, and you would be signing a roommate agreement/agreements with me (landlord approved). Scents are fine as long as everyone in the unit is agreed to it.

Location: The Junction. The apartment is located on Dupont St. between lansdowne Ave and Dundas St W, steps away from grocery store (food basics) bars, and restaurants, Dupont St bus stop right infront of the apartment and the symminton bus one block away. Patio, dishwasher, beautiful and bright 5 years since renovated 3 bedroom apartment.

The apartment will be furnished but not the bedrooms. The apartment is unfortunately not wheel chair accessible. There are 16 steps to enter unit. Kitchen has lots of sunlight, and is a open concept with an island great for entertaining. it’s a great neighbourhood.

Features include: dishwasher, central A/C, Heater and Patio. Utilities are not included. Queer safe living space.
