Room description

I am looking for someone to takeover my lease. The lease is available from January 16th- June 30th. This is a bedroom in a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and very modern townhouse. It is in the Hochelaga area and fully furnished. Beds, appliances, desks, tv, couch, table, chairs, washer/dryer etc. The place also has a balcony in the front and back of the house and parking spaces. Townhouse is a 1 minute walk to bus stop and 10 min walk to metro. There are grocery stores close as well. Pet free and smoke free. Rent is $887 a month per person, utilities not included. Females only and with a preferred age range of 18-35. Looking for someone to move in starting January 16th 2026. The reason I need a lease takeover is because I just got a new job and need to move.
