All utilities are included as well as Rogers fast speed fiber internet.The location is near the danforth. There are many great locations nearby; restaurants, gas stations, and etc very walkable and transit friendly for everything you would need.These are private rooms, no sharing. A great personal space to yourself and a shared washroom/kitchen. The rooms are furnished.
